These terms apply when you use stewardshipcomputellc.com or buy, join, or contribute through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Stewardship Compute LLC, a for-profit company. Our Privacy Policy and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy are part of these terms.

2. Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, or get around its security; do not access accounts or data that are not yours; and do not use automated tools in a way that disrupts the site.

3. What the site describes

Much of this site describes work in progress, including Node Zero, the living campus, research plans, and future products. These descriptions are conceptual and forward-looking. They depend on research results, permits, funding, and partners, and they may change or not happen. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell securities, an investment opportunity, or professional, legal, financial, or environmental advice.

4. Member accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site or break these terms.

5. Founding Membership

• Price and trial. The Founding Membership is $15 per month after a 7-day free trial, as shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically every month, and you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. To avoid being charged, cancel before the free trial ends. You can cancel anytime online from the Member Hub (“Manage billing or cancel”), by sending us a cancellation email (it is pre-written for you), or by writing to support@stewardshipcomputellc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We confirm every cancellation by email.
• Founding price lock. Your Founding Member price stays at $15 per month for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price offered at that time applies.
• What it includes. Membership includes the member benefits described on the site when you join, such as priority for early access to the Stewardship AI Web Beta and access to the Steward’s Trial. These are early-access benefits, and their timing and features may change.

6. Stewardship AI licenses

When Stewardship AI tiers are offered, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stewardship AI within the seat count of your plan, for the term you paid for. Do not exceed your seat limits, resell access, or share or distribute credentials. Annual licenses renew at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal. Stewardship AI is in early access: support and updates are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, and features and installer readiness may vary by tier and release.

7. Contributions and sponsorships

• Stewardship Compute LLC is a for-profit company, not a 501(c)(3) charity. Contributions and sponsorships are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
• A contribution or sponsorship does not buy equity, ownership, a share of profits, control, or any security, and creates no right to a return of any kind.
• You receive nothing in return except any acknowledgment described at the time you give.
• We use contributions for the purposes described when you give them, such as research, patent protection, and Node Zero groundwork, and we decide how to apply them within those purposes.
• Contributions are refunded only as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

8. The Steward’s Trial

The Steward’s Trial is an educational ethics exercise for members. Verdicts on written rulings are generated by an AI model, may be wrong, and are not advice of any kind. What you write is sent to our AI provider to produce the verdict and is saved to your account, so do not include personal or confidential information.

9. The Steward Forum

The Steward Forum is a public opinion forum. Anyone can read it; active Founding Members can post and reply.

• Your posts are public. They appear with the display name you choose, never your email. You are responsible for what you post.
• Community guidelines. Disagreement is welcome. Threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, other people’s private information, spam, and illegal content are not allowed.
• Moderation. Every post is checked by an automated AI moderator before it appears; posts it is unsure about wait for a person. Members can flag posts, and flagged posts may be hidden until reviewed. We may remove any post or suspend posting for anyone who breaks these terms, and we are not obliged to publish anything.
• Your rights in your posts. You keep ownership of what you write. You give Stewardship Compute LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your posts on the forum and in reporting about community input, with your display name. You can delete your own posts.
• Opinions are the authors’ own. Posts do not represent the views of Stewardship Compute LLC.
• Copyright complaints. If you believe a post infringes your copyright, email support@stewardshipcomputellc.com with the post, the work, and your contact details, and we will review and remove infringing material.

10. What you send us

When you send us feedback, ideas, or other submissions, you allow us to use them to run and improve our work without owing you anything. Do not send us anything you are not free to share.

11. Our content

The text, images, designs, and other content on this site belong to Stewardship Compute LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

12. Other services and links

The site uses and links to services run by other companies, such as Stripe, GoFundMe, Zoom, YouTube, and Twitch. Their own terms govern those services, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stewardship Compute LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice on the site or email members. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
