How to cancel, and how refunds work, for memberships, licenses, contributions, and sponsorships.
Cancel a Founding Membership
Cancel anytime, online. Sign in to the Member Hub and choose “Manage billing or cancel.” Stripe’s secure billing page lets you cancel in a couple of clicks, and you can update your card or download invoices there too.
Or by email. Send a cancellation email. It opens a pre-written message to support@stewardshipcomputellc.com; send it from the email address you joined with. No other details are needed.
- During the 7-day free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- After the trial: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. No further charges are made.
- We confirm every cancellation by email. If you do not hear back within two business days, write to support@stewardshipcomputellc.com again.
Stewardship AI licenses
When Stewardship AI tiers are offered, annual licenses renew at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal. Cancel the same way, from the email address on the purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Refunds
- Memberships and licenses: refund requests are reviewed case by case. We will always refund a verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled.
- Early access: feature availability, installer readiness, and delivery timing may vary by tier and release status. If something you paid for is not delivered as described, contact us and we will make it right.
- Contributions and sponsorships: these are voluntary and generally not refundable, except for verified billing errors such as a mistaken amount or a duplicate charge. Contact us promptly if that happens.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.
Billing questions
If you think you were charged incorrectly, email support@stewardshipcomputellc.com with the email address used at checkout and the date of the charge. We will look into it and reply.
